Fully open-source lottery miner — the S21 chip on your desk, 18 W.
The Bitaxe Gamma is the open-source movement’s miner: a single S21-class chip on a fully open board (schematics, firmware, everything), sipping wall power at desk-lamp levels. It will statistically never find a block — and that is not the point. It decentralizes mining knowledge, runs on open firmware, and turns solo mining into a lottery ticket with a soul.
It suits tinkerers, educators, and anyone who wants skin in the solo-mining game (point it at Solo CKPool and dream). As an investment it is a toy; as infrastructure culture it might be the most important machine on this list.
