The open-source mempool visualizer and block explorer — self-hostable, and the reference fee estimator.
mempool.space is the open-source mempool visualizer and block explorer that has become the ecosystem’s default window into the chain — live fee estimates, block contents, transaction status and network stats. It is fully self-hostable, so you can run the same explorer against your own node.
Most people use the public instance to check a fee or track a transaction, but the fact that anyone can host it is what makes it trustworthy: you never have to rely on a single company’s view of the mempool. It is infrastructure more than a product, and much of the block-feed intuition on sites like this one traces back to it.
